Yes — on firm, level ground, ideally under cover (a tent, pavilion, or patio roof). The electronics need protection from rain and direct sprinklers.

None from your venue — we can power everything with our own battery, so no outlet is required. If one happens to be nearby we may use it, but it's never something you need to arrange.

The Phone Booth needs approximately 3.5 × 3.5 ft of floor space (allow 5 × 5 ft with the door swing) and stands about 7.5 ft tall. The Phone Stand needs approximately 2 × 2 ft and stands about 6.5 ft tall.

We typically deliver and set up 1–2 hours before your service start time and pick up the same night after your event wraps — venue timing is confirmed with you the week of.

We're based in North Tampa area and travel throughout the region. Venues within 50 miles have no travel fee; beyond that it's a simple $0.65 per round-trip mile, calculated instantly in the quote form above. Venues 100+ miles away automatically include overnight lodging in the travel quote.

Rain doesn't cancel the fun — we'll work with you and your planner to place the booth under cover or move it indoors. If no protected spot exists, the phone stand fits almost anywhere inside.

A 50% retainer reserves your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event. Reschedules are free with 30+ days' notice.
